It’s twelve weeks move you from confusion and overwhelm to having knowledge about what you eat, pushing yourself in fitness sessions and understanding that lifestyle changes are the best way to get to (and keep) the body shape you want.
We’ll show you how:

- Creating your own menus is simple
- You can avoid going back to yo-yo dieting
- Reduce your overall weight through exercise
How Will We Help?
We’ll put together a plan that is just for you, which will cover keeping you on track, choosing the right exercises to kick-start your energy and have your body burn the fat off your body.
During your individual personal training sessions we’ll push you further than you would push yourself in the gym. We want you to reach your goal as much as you do, and we’ll encourage you every step of the way to achieve it.
Throughout the twelve weeks we’ll monitor how you’re doing and keep you updated about your progress. Then, as we do that we’ll adapt your fitness programme to encourage your body to use any stored fat as energy to burn for your muscles.
We’ll stay in touch through an app, text messaging, Facebook and email to ensure you’re progressing the way you want to. This means that we’re also there for any questions you may have or any advice that you may need.

This twelve weeks is just the start. We’ll encourage you to think more about your health as a whole, rather than just fat loss, but people who have been with us through the full 12-week course tend to feel fitter, healthier and, of course, lose weight.
That fat loss means you’ll be able to squeeze into smaller sized jeans and have less bulge in the wrong places. You’ll also see more energy throughout the day and not need to resort to coffee so much.
You’ll sleep better because your body is tired and requires repair, and when you wake up in the morning you’ll be more alert because you’ll be sleeping better.
