Learning about food and nutrition is important. Our body functions from the food and drink we consume. So, if we’re putting a load of crap in (takeaway meals, sugary foods, junk food) then we’ll get crap out (feeling tired, needing caffeine to fuel through the day, problems sleeping).
That’s why we try to educate all of our personal training clients so that they are able to understand how to boost their energy levels to what they want, without the need to resort to caffeine and other stimulants.

We all have our likes, dislikes and intolerances to certain foods (intolerances can be identified by the types of foods you stay away from or those that make you feel bloated and uncomfortable).
We’ll talk through what you’re currently eating, ask you to record what you consume and then devise a plan to switch out some of the not so great choices for some better ones.
It’s not about going on a “diet” or eating “rabbit food” all day long because that doesn’t work.
Changes to what you eat and when, and factoring in for the times when you’re out with work/friends/family, is what it is all about. There are better choices when you’re having dinner and there are ways of eating healthier without it projecting “I’M ON A DIET!!” to everyone.
