Female Personal Training
Fitness, exercises, diet and nutrition is different for women than it is for men. A lot of people involved in fitness either don’t know that or aren’t too interested in learning or developing their service to tailor to women.
We have female personal trainers on our team who can help devise a plan and offer advice every time you see us on what are the best steps to take to reach your ideal body shape. We don’t want (or need) to train the same as they guys, but it’s important that we lift weights: which we do with all clients.
Lifting weights isn’t going to make you look all big and bulky. It’s much harder than that to get there (and there’s lots of other things you need to look muscular).
But, lifting weights is the way to go if you want a slender looking physique. Well, that and eating the right foods, learning to cheat the right way when you’re out.
Whether you prefer a male or female PT, we have both. All of them train both men and women, and have the experience to move you in the right direction.
What Are The Sessions Like?
We work with you one-to-one in our private fitness studio at a time to suit you.
We’ll work according to your fitness plan that we will have written after you’ve had your full assessment (that all new clients have).
We’ll push you further and motivate you to work hard, but not in a military bootcamp kind of way. We’re there to push you further than you would yourself, to show you the best exercises and ensure you don’t cause any injury.
What If I Have Pain or Injuries?
If you’re suffering from any chronic pain or injuries then you’re in good hands.
We have CHEK trained practitioners on the team who can help assess, diagnose and then prescribe a rehabilitation course to correct any issues. If your body is out of balance then we can help you get back into being free from pain and then put you on the right path to having more energy and more confidence to do the things that you love.
